XMOAI-CE 1.0.23.0 includes third-party runtime components. License texts, copyright notices and dependency metadata are included in the installation. Installing does not transfer ownership of these components.

The main client no longer bundles DLSS or Electron. XMO-DLSS5 is a separate downstream application adapted from DLSS 5 Swapper by Rakan Alkhaldi. Its adapted JavaScript source, MIT license, original notices, Electron notices and isolated-profile overlay licenses accompany its own installation.
Game components are prepared from the pinned official original package or an existing matching original installation, with size and SHA-256 checks. Preparation does not execute the original installer. Third-party component licenses remain separate. XMO-DLSS5 is not an official NVIDIA product and its name does not guarantee support for every game or GPU.
